    “2023 saw 95 new dry wells in Tehama County after the wettest year in decades.
    Luhdorff and Scalmanini are the expert firm we have used all along. Over $2 million until just a few weeks ago, when we decided to give them the entire $15 million we got from the state. Remember, LSCE wrote the Inadequate GSPs – at the direction of the GC. Now they’re getting $15 M to correct them and implement any plans the Gc allows them to dream up.
    94% of groundwater in Tehama County is used by Ag. 4% domestic use and 2% riparian.”
